Second-Hand Glamour

Today I went to the Salvation Army where I found five fantastic items! I have wanted to go to this particular store for about six months now, but never found the opportunity, so since today was pay day, I decided to give it a try. It turns out, I only ended up spending eleven dollars. I love thrifting! Here's what I got:

All of the pieces look pretty simple (and maybe even a bit dated) on the hanger, so the task is to figure out how to wear them today. The red blouse is so gorgeous and vibrant, that it would compliment any pair of jeans or a fabulou pencil skirt, especially when paired with the shoes from today's finds as well. I, of course, decided to merchandize it up with glasses and an art nouveau black feather epaulette from my Etsy store, Automatic Doll. Here is what I came up with:

As for the cream colored coat, the belt, and the white GAP dress, once again paired with the great shoes I found along with an Automatic Doll necklace, hair piece, and feathered hat, the resulting look is perfect for late fall or early winter:

I hope you will emulate these styles fabulously!
