Lately, I have been busily crafting away on more necklaces and feather accessories in preparation for the Bayou Bazaar on March 2nd. I will be there selling Automatic Doll accessories and Rootwork jewelry from 6 to 9 p.m. Here is a preview of the kind of jewelry you will see there.
In case you haven't read my blog post where I introduced my Rootwork line, the title "Rootwork" refers to a folk practice that uses the innate powers and properties of roots, herbs, plants, trees, shells and many other natural substances to produce desired changes in circumstances and conditions. These elements are accompanied by traditional methods to achieve the desired effect.
